Hammond HN4FS726036SS 72x60x36 Two Door 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

The HN4FS726036SS is a deep, single access, two door freestanding enclosure with a 72 x 60 x 36 in nominal size, made from formed 12 gauge 304 stainless steel. It is designed to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and instruments, and to protect them where equipment may be hosed down, stay very wet, or face serious corrosion.

Nominal size is 72 x 60 x 36 in (1,829 x 1,524 x 914 mm); the drawing gives 72.06 x 60.06 x 36.06 in overall. Two 28.00 in wide doors, 62.53 in tall, close over 26.55 in wide openings, and each door has 24.06 in x 60.62 in of clear space available for operator devices.

The 36 in depth leaves room for bulky components behind the doors. The doors hang on heavy gauge continuous hinges, lock with a 3-pt padlocking door handle and seal on a seamless poured-in place gasket. Smooth, continuously welded seams have no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles, a grounding stud in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door are provided. The removable center post simplifies fitting the optional 72ZXFW full height/full width panel.

It is listed UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12 (UL File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12 (LR21001), complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is REACH and RoHS compliant. Finish is natural stainless with a smooth brushed surface; shipping weight is 705 lbs on a skid.
