Hammond HN4FS726018SS 72x60x18 Two Door 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

The HN4FS726018SS is a 60 in wide, two door Type 4X freestanding enclosure with a shallow 18 in nominal depth, part of the HN4 FSTD SS series. Formed from 12 gauge 304 stainless steel, it is designed to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and instruments where equipment may be hosed down, be very wet, or face serious corrosion.

Nominal size is 72 x 60 x 18 in (1,829 x 1,524 x 457 mm), with overall drawing dimensions of 72.06 x 60.06 x 18.06 in. Two 28.00 in wide doors, 62.53 in tall, open onto 26.55 in wide door openings, and each door offers 24.06 in x 60.62 in of clear space for operators and pilot devices according to the drawing.

The doors are supported by heavy gauge continuous hinges and secured with a 3-pt padlocking door handle, sealing on a seamless poured-in place gasket. All seams are smooth and continuously welded with no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles, a grounding stud in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door are included. A removable center post allows easy installation of the optional 72ZXFW full height/full width panel.

This enclosure is listed UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12 (File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12 (LR21001), complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is REACH and RoHS compliant. The finish is natural stainless with a smooth brushed surface, and it ships on a skid at 530 lbs.
