Hammond HN4FS724824DASS 72x48x24 Dual Access Two Door 304 Stainless Enclosure

The HN4FS724824DASS is a dual access, two door Type 4X freestanding enclosure measuring 72 x 48 x 24 in nominal. Dual Access versions in the HN4 FSTD SS series have doors front and back, giving technicians access to controls and instruments from both sides while the formed 12 gauge 304 stainless steel body resists hose-down water and corrosion.

Nominal size is 72 x 48 x 24 in (1,829 x 1,219 x 610 mm) and the drawing shows 72.06 x 48.06 x 24.06 in overall. Each side has two 22.00 in wide doors, 62.53 in tall, over 20.55 in wide openings with a 61.31 in opening height; the drawing lists 18.39 in x 62.15 in of clear space available on each door.

Construction includes heavy gauge continuous hinges, 3-pt padlocking door handles and a seamless poured-in place gasket, with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles are provided. There is a grounding stud in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door, and the removable center post eases installation of the inner panel. The optional full height/full width panel is 72ZWFW.

It is listed UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12 (File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12 (LR21001), complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is REACH and RoHS compliant. The natural stainless enclosure has a smooth brushed finish and ships on a skid at 560 lbs.
