Hammond HMESQI8 8mm Square Escutcheon Insert for HME Doors

The HMESQI8 is an 8 mm square escutcheon insert from the HMEIN Series for HME modular freestanding enclosures. It is the larger of the two square profiles in the series, for panel builders matching an 8 mm square key used elsewhere on site.

Standard door hardware on HME enclosures is an escutcheon plate with double bit insert, and a variety of other inserts (and matching keys) are available as alternatives. The HMESQI8 replaces the standard double bit insert with a 8 mm square profile.

The matching key listed in the series table is the HMESQK8, for escutcheon - 8mm square. Ordering the insert with that key ensures the door can be operated once the new profile is fitted.
