Hammond HMEP204 2000 x 400 mm Galvanized Steel Inner Panel

The HMEP204 is a galvanized inner panel sized for a 2000 x 400 mm HME modular freestanding enclosure, a tall, narrow cabinet format. At 299 mm (11.77 in) wide it gives OEM builders and panel shops a slim mounting plate for components in a 2000 mm high cabinet.

Per the drawing, the panel is formed from 12 gauge galvanized steel and is supplied unpainted. The series notes that a base inner panel is included with the standard HME configuration, and panels such as this one are sold separately as a secondary or replacement panel. Inner panel attachment hardware is sold separately as required.

The ordering table gives the HMEP204 an overall size of 65.35 in (1660 mm) high by 11.77 in (299 mm) wide, for use with a cabinet 78.74 in (2000 mm) high and 15.75 in (400 mm) wide. The part drawing dimensions the panel height at 1896 mm (74.65in), so confirm the height against the drawing before laying out components. The drawing also shows 13 mm (0.5 in) through holes (4) and 7 mm (0.27 in) through holes (4).
