Hammond HMEP1810 1800 x 1000 mm Galvanized Steel Inner Panel

The HMEP1810 is the inner panel that fits an 1800 x 1000 mm HME modular freestanding enclosure. Its 1696 x 899 mm mounting surface is aimed at OEM engineers and panel builders working in the 1800 mm cabinet height with a 1000 mm wide frame.

Per the drawing, the panel is formed from 12 gauge galvanized steel and is supplied unpainted. The series notes that a base inner panel is included with the standard HME configuration, and panels such as this one are sold separately as a secondary or replacement panel. Inner panel attachment hardware is sold separately as required.

The ordering table gives the HMEP1810 an overall size of 66.77 in (1696 mm) high by 35.39 in (899 mm) wide, for use with a cabinet 70.87 in (1800 mm) high and 39.37 in (1000 mm) wide. The part drawing shows the same height and width. The drawing also shows 13 mm (0.5 in) through holes (4) and 7 mm (0.27 in) through holes (4).

For heavily loaded panels, the series lists the HMEPRS1000 inner panel rear support for this size; it prevents the panel from flexing and is sold separately. The HMEP1810 ships in a box with a shipping weight of 88 lbs (39.92 kg), and is listed as REACH and RoHS compliant.
