Hammond HMEP1410 1400 x 1000 mm Galvanized Steel Inner Panel

The HMEP1410 is the galvanized inner panel that fits a 1400 x 1000 mm HME modular freestanding enclosure. With an overall size of 1296 x 899 mm it gives panel builders a wide, low mounting surface for control gear in a 1400 mm high cabinet.

Per the drawing, the panel is formed from 12 gauge galvanized steel and is supplied unpainted. The series notes that a base inner panel is included with the standard HME configuration, and panels such as this one are sold separately as a secondary or replacement panel. Inner panel attachment hardware is sold separately as required.

The ordering table gives the HMEP1410 an overall size of 51.02 in (1296 mm) high by 35.39 in (899 mm) wide, for use with a cabinet 55.12 in (1400 mm) high and 39.37 in (1000 mm) wide. The part drawing shows the same height and width. The drawing also shows 13 mm (0.5 in) through holes (4) and 7 mm (0.27 in) through holes (4).

For heavily loaded panels, the series lists the HMEPRS1000 inner panel rear support for this size; it prevents the panel from flexing and is sold separately. The HMEP1410 ships in a box with a shipping weight of 65 lbs (29.48 kg), and is listed as REACH and RoHS compliant.
