Hammond HGD15 25mm Depth Grid Straps for 500mm Deep Enclosure, Pair

The HGD15 is a pair of 25 mm wide depth grid straps that fit the full depth of a 500 mm deep HME modular enclosure. They are part of the Grid System, which lets panel builders and OEM engineers create mounting points across the depth of the cabinet rather than only on the inner panel.

Each strap is constructed of 14 gauge galvanized steel and has a mounting flange at either end. The listed length is 12.72 in (323 mm), while the part drawing shows 323 mm (12.71 in) between flanges and 375 mm (14.76 in) overall. Grid straps feature a pattern of alternating square holes (for cage nuts) and round holes (for M5 or #12 screws) at standard 25 mm centers; the drawing details the square holes at 10 mm and the round holes at 5 mm.

At 25 mm wide, these are the narrow depth grid strap style; the Grid System also offers 75 mm wide depth grid straps, 75 mm wide vertical grid straps and 25 mm wide door support rails, giving four styles in total.

Straps are sold in pairs and ship in a box with a shipping weight of 2 lbs (0.91 kg). They are REACH and RoHS compliant. Hardware is available separately: square holes accommodate the listed cage nuts, and round holes accommodate the listed M5 and #12 thread-forming screws.
