Hammond HCM194BK 4 in Offset Horizontal Cable Lacing Strip, 10-Pack

The HCM194BK is a formed horizontal cable management bar (lacing strip) for 19-inch rack systems, sold in packs of 10. It is intended for IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast installers who need to support, route and anchor cable bundles behind rack-mounted equipment such as patch panels, switches and servers.

Each bar is made from mild steel with a black powder coat finish (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant) for a smooth painted black surface. The formed profile carries a 90-degree offset that stands the bar 4.00 in (102 mm) off the mounting plane, creating space behind equipment so cables can be dressed cleanly, kept at a proper bend radius and relieved of strain at connectors and ports.

Overall dimensions are 19.00 in (483 mm) wide by 0.62 in (16 mm) high by 4.00 in (102 mm) deep, with 18.31 in (465 mm) 19-inch mounting hole centers. The bar mounts to EIA-310 mounting rails and its low-profile height means it adds cable support without consuming a full rack unit. Slotted openings of 0.188 x 1.00 in run along the body for tying off bundles, and edges are chamfered 0.06 in (1.6 mm) x 45 degrees.

Mounting hardware and hook and loop straps are not included with HCM194BK; the series is compatible with hook and loop straps such as the TS Series for reusable bundling. Bars can be used individually or stacked vertically where larger cable volumes need support. HCM194BK is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, with RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliance for procurement and specification requirements.
