Hammond HCM190BK No-Offset 19" Cable Lacer Strip, 10-Pack

The HCM190BK is a horizontal cable management bar (lacer strip) from the HCM Series, designed to support, route and anchor cable bundles behind rack-mounted equipment in 19-inch rack systems. It is aimed at IT, network, telecom and AV installers who need a low-cost way to tidy patch cords and provide strain relief without giving up usable rack space. This is the flat, no-offset version of the series and is supplied in packs of 10.

Construction is mild steel with a black powder coat finish, listed as painted black smooth on the part drawing. The finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. The part is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, with a country of origin of Canada.

Overall dimensions are 19.00 in (483 mm) wide by 0.62 in (16 mm) high, with a depth of 0.00 in (0 mm) and no offset angle, making it a flat bar that mounts directly against the rack rails. Mounting holes are on the standard 19 in pattern at 18.31 in (465 mm) centres so the bar attaches to EIA-310 mounting rails. The bar is pierced with ten 0.188 x 1.00 in slots plus two 0.250 x 0.375 in slots for lacing or tying cable bundles, and edges are chamfered 0.06 in (1.6 mm) x 45 degrees.

The HCM190BK can be used individually or stacked vertically to handle larger cable volumes, and it works with hook and loop straps such as the TS Series for reusable bundling. Hook and loop straps are not included with this part, and mounting hardware is not included. Shipping weight is 3.3 lbs (1.50 kg) for the package.
