The HAK19800 is a 19" rail mounting adaptor kit for 800 mm wide cabinets. It adapts 800 mm wide cabinets to 19" rack mounting and includes 4 brackets. It is the width adapter in the HMER 19" Rails and Width Adaptor Kit series, aimed at integrators and panel builders who want standard 19" equipment in a wider HME modular enclosure.
HMER panel and combination rails provide 19" rack mounting centers in 600 mm wide cabinets directly. Combined with the HAK19800 width adapter kit, those same rails provide 19" rack mounting centers in 800 mm wide cabinets, so one rail family covers both cabinet widths. The rails themselves are sold separately in pairs.
The brackets are zinc plated. According to the manufacturer drawing, each bracket measures 100 mm (3.94 in) and 50 mm (1.97 in) in its main dimensions, with 25 mm (1.00 in) and 25 mm (0.98 in) flange dimensions. Each bracket is punched with 3 holes of 6 mm (.25 in) diameter and 2 holes of 5 mm (.19 in) diameter, with 10 mm (.38 in) hole spacing call-outs.
