Hammond H1SRR48U30BK 48U Square-Hole Rack Rails for 30in Cabinets

The H1SRR48U30BK is a matched pair of 48U square-hole 19" mounting rails for Hammond H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinets with a 30.00 in (762 mm) overall cabinet width. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV installations where rack rails need to be replaced, added, or converted from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the cabinet itself.

The rails are made from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant, giving a rigid, durable mounting platform for servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and industrial electronics. Silkscreened 1U markings run the full height of each rail to simplify equipment layout, alignment and future expansion.

Mounting holes are 0.38 in square on typical EIA spacing, compliant with EIA-310, so the rails accept standard 19-inch rack equipment using cage nuts or snap-in hardware. Usable mounting height is 48U / 84.00 in (2134 mm), with a 19" mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm) and 1.62 in (41 mm) per rack unit. Overall rail height on the drawing is 84.03 in (2134 mm).

H1SRR48U30BK ships as a pair and includes all required strut mounting hardware, so a full front or rear mounting plane can be installed or restored in one step. Mounting slots are 0.44 x 0.75 in (4 places) for attachment to the cabinet struts.
