Hammond H1SRR36U30BK 36U Square Hole Rack Rail Pair for 30-Inch Cabinets

H1SRR36U30BK is a pair of 19-inch panel mounting rails with square holes, sized for 36U of equipment in 30" wide HWF Series wall and floor mount rack cabinets. It is intended for IT and telecom integrators, data room technicians and facilities teams who prefer cage-nut (square hole) mounting instead of tapped rails for servers, switches, patch panels and other 19-inch rack equipment.

The rails are formed from mild steel with a painted thin film black finish. Square 0.38" holes are punched on typical EIA spacing, with silkscreened U markings on the rail face so rack units can be identified quickly during installation and later service visits. The pair provides a 19" mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm), an overall rail length of 63.03 in (1601 mm) covering 36U, and a 1U pitch of 1.62 in (41 mm). Four Ø0.44 x 0.75 slots are provided for mounting the rails in the cabinet. Shipping weight is 20 lbs (9.07 kg).

Within the HWF Series, H1SRR36U30BK is the square hole rail option for the 36U cabinet height; the threaded 10-32 equivalent for the same height is H1TRR36U30BK. HWF cabinets ship with 10-32 tapped rails that are field-replaceable with square hole rails, so this part can be used to convert an existing 36U cabinet to cage-nut mounting or to add a rail pair.
