Hammond H1SRR12U24BK 12U Square Hole Rack Rails for 24" Cabinets

The H1SRR12U24BK is a matched pair of 19-inch EIA-310 square-hole mounting rails providing 12U of usable mounting space in 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV users who need to replace damaged rails, add extra mounting positions, or convert an existing Hammond cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the cabinet itself.

Rails in the H1R Series are made from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel for a rigid mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network equipment, AV systems and industrial electronics. This part is mild steel finished in a textured black powder coat (drawing designation: painted thin film black) that is RoHS compliant and gives a durable, professional appearance. Silkscreened 1U markings along the rail simplify equipment alignment and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 21.00 in (533 mm) across 12 rack units, with an overall rail height of 21.03 in (534 mm) shown on the drawing. Square holes are 0.38 in on typical EIA spacing, so the rails accept standard 19-inch rack hardware including servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components. Two 0.44 x 0.75 slots are provided in the rail flange, and all required strut mounting hardware is included.

H1SRR12U24BK is designed specifically for H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinet series, making it suitable for seismic cabinet upgrades, Type 12 network cabinets and refurbishment work.
