Hammond H1SP48U42BK 48U Solid Split Side Panel for 42in Deep Cabinet

H1SP48U42BK is a solid side panel for Hammond H1 Series high-performance server rack cabinets, sized for 48U frames with a 42 in nominal depth. H1 Series cabinet assemblies ship without side panels, so this panel is the part IT integrators, data center teams and facilities groups add to close in a cabinet for containment, appearance and controlled access. The part number covers a single side, so two are needed to panel both sides of one cabinet.

The panel is supplied as a split design: two H1 split side panel sections, one H1 support bar and four locking side panel latches, with mounting hardware included. The split construction lets one half be removed at a time for access to cabling or accessories, and the locking latches secure the panel to the frame. Each split section measures 40.46 in (1028 mm) high and the panel depth is 32.38 in (822 mm) in the top view, with a 30.45 in (773 mm) support bar. Two 10-32 studs are provided on the assembly. Shipping weight is 54 lbs (24.49 kg).

Construction is mild steel finished in black textured powder coat, matching RAL9005 black H1 cabinets. Use H1SP48U42BK with the 48U, 43.91 in deep H1 assemblies: H12448U42BK/WH (24.00 in wide), H13048U42BK/WH (30.00 in wide) and H13148U42BK/WH (31.50 in wide). The matching white panel is H1SP48U48WH's sibling H1SP48U42WH.

The H1 Series platform it completes is a UL2416 listed rack with a 3,000 lb load rating, seismic rated to 1,200 lb dynamic load (IBC, CBC, NBC, ASCE), and meets PCI DSS requirements. This part is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant and manufactured in Canada, listed under UL file E474597.
