Hammond H1BB2448BK Brushed Bottom Panel for 24 x 48 in Cabinets

The H1BB2448BK is a brushed bottom panel from the H1B Series, made specifically for H1 cabinet frames measuring 24 in wide by 48 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that conditioned air is drawn through the equipment rather than bypassing it, while the brush strip and cable entry knockouts let power and data cabling pass through from the floor or a raised-floor cutout. Data centre and network room teams, AV integrators and facilities staff use panels like this to tidy the base of a cabinet and take control of airflow.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9005 black powder paint coat. The paint finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is manufactured in North America (country of origin: CA).

Drawing dimensions for H1BB2448BK are 41.08 in (1043 mm) and 36.36 in (923 mm) in plan, with a 21.50 in (546 mm) brushed cable opening span, 8.81 in (224 mm) and 7.49 in (190 mm) locating dimensions, 2.36 in (60 mm) offsets and 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes. The front view shows 0.86 in (22 mm) and 0.07 in (2 mm) profile dimensions.

Mounting hardware is supplied in the box: the panel ships with six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, the same contents as the CLPKIT832-6 replacement hardware kit. A matching white version, H1BB2448WH, is available in the same series if the cabinet is finished in RAL9003 white.
