Hammond H1BB2442WH Brushed Bottom Panel for 24 x 42 Cabinets, White

The H1BB2442WH is a brushed bottom panel designed specifically for H1 cabinet frames measuring 24 in wide by 42 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that airflow can be managed and directed through the enclosure rather than escaping under the frame, making it a practical finishing component for IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers building out H1 cabinets.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9003 white powder paint coat. The paint finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The brushed style includes a brush-sealed cable opening plus cable entry knockouts, allowing cables to pass into the cabinet from below while limiting open bypass area around the bundle.

Overall panel dimensions per the part drawing are 35.08 in (891 mm) by 30.36 in (771 mm), with a 21.50 in (546 mm) cable entry opening, an 8.81 in (224 mm) offset dimension, a 7.49 in (190 mm) dimension, 2.36 in (60 mm) features, 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes and a 0.07 in (2 mm) material thickness. The front profile includes a 0.86 in (22 mm) dimension.

Mounting hardware is included in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. The H1BB2442WH is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and manufactured in North America.
