Hammond H1AD2448BK 48U Air Dam Kit for 24 in Wide Cabinets

The H1AD2448BK is an air dam kit sized for 48U H1 Series server rack cabinets built on the 24 in wide frame. Air dams are used by data center and enterprise IT teams to separate the cold supply air at the front of the cabinet from the hot exhaust air at the rear, so that airflow follows the intended path through active equipment rather than bypassing it inside the cabinet.

The kit is fabricated from mild steel and finished in painted black textured powder coat to match black H1 cabinets. According to the part drawing, H1AD2448BK consists of one air dam bottom panel, one 24W air dam top plate assembly, two 48U air dam vertical middle bracket assemblies and four air dam vertical top/bottom bracket assemblies. Mounting hardware is included with the kit.
