Hammond H13145U48BK 45U 31.5" Wide Black Data Center Server Cabinet

The H13145U48BK is a 45U H1 Series data center server cabinet finished in RAL9005 Black, sized 31.5 in wide by 48 in deep. It is built for data center, enterprise IT, network and storage deployments where high airflow, controlled access and heavy equipment loads are required. Overall dimensions are 85.65 in (2176 mm) high x 31.50 in (800 mm) wide x 49.91 in (1268 mm) deep, with 78.75 in (2000 mm) of usable mounting height and 45.00 in (1143 mm) of usable mounting depth.

Construction is a 14-gauge mild steel welded frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors, UL2416 rated to 3,000 lb (1,360 kg) and seismic rated to a 1,200 lb dynamic load under IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards. The cabinet is UL2416 listed under UL file E474597, meets PCI DSS, and is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America. The black powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

H13145U48BK ships as a cabinet assembly: welded frame with factory-installed nylon leveling feet, recessed casters and grounding studs; two pairs of infinitely adjustable EIA-310 compliant square-hole rails in 12-gauge steel with 10-32 cage nuts; one perforated curved front door and one perforated split/barn rear door, both 79% open area with locking swing handles; one solid and one brushed cable-entry top panel (interchangeable); and a rear-mounted PDU cable tray. A 50-pack starter kit of CAGKIT1032-50 screws and cage nuts is included. Side panels are not included and are ordered separately as H1SP45U48BK (black) or H1SP45U48WH (white).

The 31.5 in width adds 12U of additional in-rail rack units — 1U cutouts in the rails usable for cable passthrough or 1U equipment — plus room for vertical cable management and accessories without obstructing the mounting rails. Top panels include 4.00 x 7.00 in knockout cable entries and 2.25 x 7.50 in brushed cable entries, and the frame includes ganging knockouts and knockout lag holes for bolt-down.
