Hammond H13142U42WH 42U 31.5in Wide White Server Cabinet, 3,000 lb

The H13142U42WH is a 42U H1 Series data center server cabinet in RAL9003 White, sized 31.5 in wide by 42 in deep with 73.50 in (1,867 mm) of usable mounting height. It is built for data centers, enterprise IT, network infrastructure, colocation and cloud deployments where high-density server, storage and switching equipment has to be housed securely and cooled effectively.

Construction is a 14-gauge mild steel welded frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors, UL2416 rated to a 3,000 lb (1,360 kg) load. The cabinet ships with two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 12-gauge square hole mounting rails (10-32 cage nut style) plus a 50-pack starter kit of CAGKIT1032-50 screws and cage nuts. Because this is a 31.5 in wide frame, the rails also provide 12U of additional in-rail rack units — 1U cutouts usable for cable pass-through or for mounting 1U equipment — and the extra width leaves room for vertical cable management and accessories without obstructing the rails.

Airflow and access come from a perforated front door and a perforated split/barn rear door, both 79% open area with locking swing handles and lift-off hinges. Surface-mounted doors preserve full mounting depth. Two interchangeable top panels are included (one solid, one brushed cable entry) along with a rear-mounted PDU cable tray, four heavy-duty swivel casters, four 5/16-18 UNC leveling feet and grounding studs. Top cable openings include 2X 4.00 x 7.00 in knockout cable entries and 4X 2.25 x 7.50 in brushed entries, and the frame has knockouts for ganging.

H13142U42WH is seismic rated to 1,200 lb dynamic load (IBC, CBC, NBC, ASCE), meets PCI DSS, is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America. Side panels are not included and are ordered separately (H1SP42U42WH in white, H1SP42U42BK in black).
