Hammond GRDBARV18 1800 mm Tall HME Vertical Copper Ground Bar

The GRDBARV18 is a vertical copper bonding busbar for Hammond HME Series modular enclosures that are 1800 mm tall. It runs 65.98 in (1676 mm) and gives panel builders, electricians and OEM engineers a consolidated ground for the equipment mounted along the height of the cabinet.

The bar is 1 in x 0.125 in solid copper, tapped for 10-32 screws. The series ordering table lists Qty 12 - 10-32 ground points for this length, and the series specification adds a 0.312 in main ground point for the main ground conductor. Note that the part drawing calls out TYP (10) drilled and tapped holes, while the series ordering table lists Qty 12 - 10-32. Two Ø0.31 in (8 mm) thru holes are also shown on the drawing.

It mounts directly to grid straps, to the frame mounting surface, or to optional grid spacer brackets. The series kit consists of the copper busbar, 10-32 x 0.5 in screws and flat washers, with quantities depending on the product. Pair it with Hammond Bonding Wire Kits to bond each piece of equipment back to the bar.
