The GP216GY is the largest gland plate in the GP Series. It covers a 19.63 x 4.63 in (499 x 118 mm) opening, giving plenty of room for many cable glands or conduit fittings in one removable plate on larger enclosures.
The plate is 14 gauge mild steel with an ANSI 61 Gray finish and measures 20.88 in high x 5.88 in wide (530 x 149 mm). The drawing shows a gasket and twelve Ø 0.22 in mounting holes spaced around the perimeter. It maintains a NEMA 12, 4 rating.
Hardware and a cutout template are included. The GP216GY lists UL File # E65324 and CSA Cert. # LL21312 and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
It shares the 5.88 in overall width and 4.63 in opening width of the GP136GY but extends the opening height from 12.13 in to 19.63 in. The longer plate suits enclosures with many field cables entering at one face of a larger enclosure.
