The GP1507LG is a RAL 7035 Light Gray gland plate from the GPM Series, sized for a 12.00 x 4.50 in (305 x 114 mm) enclosure opening. It gives light gray enclosures a removable cable entry panel that can be machined for glands and fittings without cutting the enclosure wall.
Built from 14 gauge steel, the plate measures 15.00 in high x 7.50 in wide (381 x 191 mm). The drawing calls out a formed-in-place gasket (FIPG - .25 X .50), 1/4-20 UNC X 5/8 studs and ten Ø 0.25 in mounting holes. It maintains a NEMA 12, 4 rating.
Hardware and a cutout template are included. The GP1507LG is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships in a bag at 4 lbs (1.81 kg).
The 12.00 x 4.50 in opening leaves room for several cable glands side by side, and the drawing shows ten mounting holes set around the plate perimeter to secure it over the opening.
Modified sizes are available from the manufacturer to maximum sizes such as 76" x 25" in 14 gauge mild or stainless steel. This standard size also comes in ANSI 61 Gray (GP1507GY) and 316 stainless steel (GP1507S16).
