The GP063GY is the smallest gland plate in the GP Series. It covers a 5.06 x 1.50 in (129 x 38 mm) opening in an enclosure and gives panel builders a removable plate they can drill or punch for cable glands and fittings, instead of machining the enclosure itself.
It is made from 14 gauge mild steel with an ANSI 61 Gray finish. The overall size is 6.31 in high x 2.75 in wide (160 x 70 mm). The drawing shows a gasket and four Ø 0.22 in mounting holes, and the plate maintains the enclosure's NEMA 12, 4 rating once installed.
Hardware and a cutout template are included, so the enclosure opening can be laid out and the plate fitted without extra parts. The GP063GY carries UL File # E65324 and CSA Cert. # LL21312, and it is REACH and RoHS compliant.
Its small footprint makes it a practical choice for junction-box sized openings where only one or two cable glands are needed, while still keeping the NEMA 12, 4 rating of the enclosure intact.
The plate ships in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.49 lbs (0.22 kg). The same size is also available in RAL 7035 Light Gray as the GP063LG.
