Hammond's EPG1212 is the Eclipse Series inner panel listed for a 12 x 12 enclosure. It gives control-panel builders, OEM engineers and electrical contractors a 12 gauge steel surface for mounting equipment inside the enclosure.
This is the galvanized version of the panel: it is supplied in an unpainted galvanized finish and is the counterpart to the white-finished mild steel EP1212. Like every EP Series panel it is formed from 12 gauge steel and is larger than the standard NEMA panel used in the same sized enclosure, so more of the enclosure interior is available for components.
Hammond's ordering table lists size D as 10.20 in (259 mm) and size E as 10.20 in (259 mm). The part drawing shows overall panel dimensions of 10.17 in wide by 10.17 in high, a material thickness of 0.10 in, and 0.44 in diameter mounting slots at a spacing of 9.19 in across and 9.19 in vertically.
