Part number EN4SD302410GY is an Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure measuring 30 x 24 x 10 in (762 x 610 x 254 mm) H x W x D. It is designed to enclose electrical and/or electronic equipment on a wall and protect it against harsh, industrial conditions, making it a practical choice for control panel, automation and facilities work.
Construction is formed 14 gauge steel with smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth, a formed lip that excludes flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in-place gasket. The enclosure and door are phosphatized and powder coated inside and out in ANSI 61 smooth gray (GY); the matching RAL 7035 light gray version is EN4SD302410LG. Hinges are 304 stainless steel with stainless steel hinge pins, hidden for a clean look.
The door uses latch Type A, slotted quarter turns, with the quarter turn latch zinc diecast in a black epoxy finish. The drawing shows a 29.97 in x 23.97 in door, a 28.49 in x 22.49 in door opening, and 28.00 in x 22.00 in of clear space available on the door. Doors can be removed for modifications and are interchangeable, and the door swing can be reversed with adapter kit EHLLSAK.
For mounting, the back has Ø0.50 in holes on a 28.50 in x 22.50 in pattern, and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall mounting holes is included. Collar studs accept the optional EP3024 inner panel (28.20 in (716 mm) x 22.20 in (564 mm)), which is ordered separately. A bonding stud is provided on the door and a grounding stud in the body. Shipping weight is 63 lbs (28.58 kg).
The EN4SD302410GY is listed to UL 508A Type 3R, 4 and 12 (UL file E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4 and 12 (certificate LR21001), and complies with IEC 60529 IP66 and NEMA Type 3R, 4 and 12. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
