The EN4SD242410S16 is a 24 x 24 x 10 in (610 x 610 x 254 mm) Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure built from 316 stainless steel. It is designed to enclose electrical and electronic equipment and protect it in harsh industrial environments, making it a fit for panel builders, OEM engineers and plant electricians who need a sealed, corrosion-resistant box on a wall.
The body is formed 14 gauge stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth, a formed lip that keeps flowing liquids and contaminants away from the opening, and a seamless poured-in-place gasket. The hinged door uses hidden hinges with stainless steel hinge pins and closes with Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns. Cover and enclosure carry a natural, smooth brushed stainless finish.
Per the drawing, the door opening measures 22.49 x 22.49 in, the inside depth is 10.70 in and 22.00 x 22.00 in of clear space is available on the door. Collar studs accept the optional EP2424 inner panel (22.20 x 22.20 in, sold separately), and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall mounting holes is included. Bonding and grounding studs are fitted on the door and body.
The enclosure is listed to UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 and complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP 66.
