Hammond EN4SD201610SS 20x16x10 in 304 Stainless NEMA 4X Wallmount Enclosure

The EN4SD201610SS is a single-door Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure in 304 stainless steel, sized 20 in high x 16 in wide x 10 in deep. It encloses electrical and electronic equipment and protects it against harsh, industrial environments, serving electricians, integrators and OEM engineers who need a mid-small Type 4X box.

Formed 16 gauge stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth forms the body. A formed lip excludes flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in place gasket seals the door. The door uses Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns and stainless steel hinge pins in hidden hinges, can be removed for modifications, and can be reversed by ordering adapter kit EHLLSAK. Cover and enclosure are natural brushed stainless steel.

The drawing shows a 14.52 in x 18.52 in (W x H) door opening, a 15.97 in x 19.97 in door, 14.00 in x 18.00 in of clear space on the door, and a 10.71 in inside depth. It mounts through Ø 0.50 in wall holes with the included panel mounting nuts and sealing washers.

It is sold without a panel; the optional EP2016 inner panel (18.20 in x 14.20 in) mounts on the collar studs provided. UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 ratings apply (UL File E65324, CSA LR21001), and it complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP 66. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. Shipping weight is 28 lbs (12.70 kg). EN4SD201610S16 is the 316 version.
