Hammond EJQTR Slotted Quarter Turn Latch for Eclipse Junior, Black

The EJQTR is a replacement slotted quarter turn assembly for the Eclipse Junior (EJ) Series, from the Quarter Turn Assemblies range. It is the part maintenance staff and panel builders order to replace or service the quarter turn on an EJ enclosure door.

The assembly is field installable and interchangeable with standard quarter turn latches on Eclipse/Eclipse Jr series. It is zinc die cast with a black finish and carries a NEMA 12, 4 rating; ratings are maintained as noted.

The manufacturer short description is "EJ QUARTER TURN" and the long description is "Replacement EJ quarter turn". The part drawing includes call-outs of 1.298 in, 0.865 in and 0.788 in.

EJQTR ships in a bag at 0.12 lbs (0.05 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant. For NEMA 4X EJ applications, the stainless EJSSQTR is the equivalent slotted assembly.

Other EJ Series assemblies in the range include the key locking EJWKL and the non-locking EJWKNL wing knob latches, which offer hand operation if a slotted latch is not wanted on a particular enclosure, plus the stainless EJSSQTR rated NEMA 12, 4, 4X for applications that call for a 4X rating.
