The EJ12106AL is a 12 x 10 x 6 in wall-mount aluminum enclosure with a continuously hinged door, a common mid-size format for control panels, junction wiring and instrument housings that are hosed down or exposed to corrosion. Part number EJ12106AL is built for instrument enclosures, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control housings, electrical junction boxes and terminal wiring enclosures, especially where equipment may be hosed down, stay very wet, or face corrosion.
The body is formed from 0.08" Type 5052 H-32 aluminum with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes. A formed lip on the enclosure excludes flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in place gasket seals the door. Cover and enclosure are natural unfinished aluminum.
It carries a 10.75 x 8.88 in removable inner panel, a 9.24 x 11.24 in door opening and 5.90 in of usable depth per the drawing. Shipping weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg).
