The DTS3021A230LG is a compact 900-1300 BTU/H indoor air conditioner for side mounting on any enclosure surface where hot spot cooling or low capacity cooling is required. Its rated cooling capacity is 1194 BTU/h (350 Watts) at +95/+95°F (+35/+35°C). It suits panel builders and maintenance teams who need to cool a smaller electrical enclosure while keeping it sealed. It runs on 230 V at 50/60 Hz with an operating range of 207 to 253 V, drawing 1.1 A running current and 253 W, with a starting current of 5. The line cord is supplied with a plug.

Closed loop cooling recirculates clean enclosure air without ever mixing it with contaminated ambient air. The refrigeration circuit uses R134a with a 145 g charge and an expansion valve that improves evaporator heat transfer for less frequent compressor operation. High capacity fans provide continuous air circulation at 37 CFM internal and 99 CFM external (unrestricted), and a washable aluminum mesh filter protects the condenser. Condensate discharges directly through a 1/4" NPT threaded port. Noise level is under 64 dB.

Overall dimensions are 15.50 in (394 mm) high, 7.00 in (178 mm) wide and 7.75 in (197 mm) deep, and the unit weighs 30 lbs (13.6 kg). The exterior case is galvanized sheet metal finished in RAL 7035 light gray. The thermostat is adjustable from +50 to +104°F (+10 to +40°C), factory set at +95°F (+35°C), and is accessible from inside the enclosure. Ambient air temperature limits are +46°F (+8°C) minimum and +114°F (+45°C) maximum.

Units ship separately and install on site; a gasket, mounting kit and template for the cutout and drilling are included, and a door contact powers the unit down when the enclosure door opens. It maintains the enclosure's NEMA 12 rating, is rated IP 54, carries UR, cUR and CE marks, has EMI/RFI suppression meeting CE, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
