Hammond DTI6201A230LG 3920 BTU/h 230V Semi-Recessed Indoor Air Conditioner

The DTI6201A230LG is a semi-recessed indoor air conditioner rated at 3920 BTU/h (1150 Watts) of cooling capacity at +95/+95°F (+35/+35°C). It is the entry capacity point of the DTI Series, supplied for 230 V, 60 Hz power. The DTI Series is designed for recessed mounting on any enclosure surface where high capacity system cooling is required, making it a fit for control panel builders, OEM machine builders and facilities teams protecting heat-generating electrical equipment.

Closed loop cooling recirculates clean enclosure air without ever mixing it with contaminated ambient air, and the airflow path keeps maximum clearance between the warm inlet and cold outlet to reduce hot spots. The condenser uses 3 mm fin spacing for protection against strongly contaminated and aggressive ambient air. The unit uses R134a refrigerant, a multi-controller with energy saving mode integrated by default, a hot gas bypass valve against evaporator freeze-up, a built-in condensate evaporator, self-diagnostics on startup and a provision for a door contact to power down when the enclosure door is opened.

Overall dimensions are 60.51 in x 19.09 in x 8.58 in by the part listing; the ordering table gives H 60.51 in (1537 mm), W 19.09 in (485 mm) and overall depth 8.58 in (218 mm), split into 6.22 in (158 mm) external and 2.36 in (60 mm) internal depth. The unit maintains the enclosure's NEMA 12 rating, is rated IP 54, carries cUL and CE marks, and is finished in RAL 7035 powder-coated galvanized sheet steel. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
