Hammond DPF67000A115WH 560 CFM 115V NEMA 12 External Filter Fan, White

The DPF67000A115WH is a 560 CFM external filter fan kit for 115 VAC supplies, finished in white (RAL 9003), and the largest member of the Datawind DPF Series, moving 560 CFM of free-flow airflow. With a 17.5 in tall housing, it is aimed at larger control panels and IT equipment racks carrying a heavier heat load that still need to keep a filtered, Type 12 seal. It is built for panel builders, OEM engineers and IT integrators who need to push filtered air into an enclosure while maintaining a UL tested NEMA Type 12 seal against the enclosure.

The unit mounts externally, so it works in space-restricted installations. The metal housing has a 30 degree sloped top to avoid dust collection, and a complementary plastic fan grill. Plastic components are made from strong, heat resistant ABS-FR rated to UL94-V0. Overall size is 17.5 in x 14.9 in x 5.5 in (445 mm x 378 mm x 140 mm), with an ordering-table depth of 5.50 in (140 mm). At 115 V the fan draws 1.18 A / 1.71 A and consumes 135 W / 196 W (50 Hz / 60 Hz). It runs from -40 to +55°C (-40 to +131°F) and can be stored from -40 to +70°C (-40 to +158°F). Power arrives through an IEC connector on a 6 foot cable ending in NEMA 5-15P plug, and a dual thermostat on a 13 foot cable can be placed near heat-sensitive spots, with a red maintenance LED signalling filter status.

Datawind fans pressurize the cabinet by pushing air in, so plan an exhaust path: the matching exhaust filters are PFA60000LG (light gray RAL 7035) and PFA60000BK (black RAL 9011). The DPF67000A115WH is RoHS and REACH compliant.
