Hammond DNMFC 24 in Single-Lead Fan Cord, 45° Connector

The DNMFC is a 24 in (610 mm) single-lead fan cord from the DNFC Series, used for wiring tube axial fans installed in racks, cabinets and enclosures. It is intended for integrators, panel builders and facilities technicians who need a ready-made connection between an axial cooling fan and a power source or terminal point inside the equipment.

The cord terminates in a molded female standard fan plug measuring 0.91" x 0.68", oriented at 45 degrees so the connector clears adjacent fan hardware and cabinet structure. The wire is SPT-1 x 18/2 type cord rated 300V and 105 degrees C. On this version the opposite end is supplied as bare wire leads: DNMFC has no 115VAC plug, so the leads can be terminated at a fan tray, terminal block, thermostat or other in-cabinet power connection as the installation requires.

Within the DNFC Series, part number DNMFC is the shortest single-connector option, with a 24.00 in lead length and one 45 degree fan connector. Longer single leads and daisy-chain versions with two or three connectors spaced 12" apart are offered as separate part numbers in the same series, so DNMFC suits installations where the fan sits close to its power connection point.
