Hammond DNFF120LG115 120 mm 115 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 105 CFM

DNFF120LG115 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit built around a 120 mm (4.70 in / 119 mm) AC fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.19 Amps with a free-flow air delivery of 105 CFM. It is intended for IT, OEM and industrial users who need to move clean air through an enclosure, control panel or rack cabinet while keeping dust and airborne contaminants out of sensitive electronics.

The kit is supplied complete: fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, cord/wiring leads and mounting hardware. Hardware consists of 8 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2" screws and 4 speed nuts. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the flame-retardant ABS filter grille on this model is Light Gray (RAL 7035 Light Gray is one of the series grille colours offered to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures). The IP5X-rated filter media is replaceable, with PFF2000 standard filter media and PLFF2000 pleated filter media available in packages of five.

The assembled grille measures 150.00 mm [5.906 in] square with a 61.30 mm [2.413 in] side profile, and mounts to a 120.00 mm [4.724 in] square plate cutout using 6.00 mm [0.236 in] mounting holes. Noise is rated at 56 dB and the kit ships with a 24 inch cord (2 ft wire leads shown on the drawing). Shipping weight is 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg).

Because DNFF120LG115 is hard-wired rather than plug-connected, it suits permanently installed equipment and can be used with or without an external thermostat. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant. Complementary XPFA exhaust filter grilles are available for balanced enclosure ventilation.
