Hammond DNFF120GY230 4.7 in 230 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 105 CFM

The DNFF120GY230 is a hard-wired AC filter fan kit for cooling industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems. It pairs a 120 mm (4.70 in) fan rated 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.09 Amps with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter, delivering 105 CFM of free-flow air while helping reduce the dust and airborne contaminants that reach sensitive electronics. Noise is rated at 56 dB.

The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the DNFF Series filter grille is flame-retardant ABS. This version is supplied in Gray (ANSI 61 Gray filter grille) to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures; Black and Light Gray grille versions are also offered in the series. The assembly measures 150.00 mm [5.906 in] square at the grille, and installs into a 120.00 mm [4.724 in] square plate cutout with 15.00 mm [0.591 in] corner radii and 6.00 mm [0.236 in] mounting holes. Shipping weight is 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg).

Each kit includes the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads or cord (24 inch cord per the series ordering table; the drawing shows 2 foot wire leads) and mounting hardware consisting of eight 10-32 x 1/2" panhead self-tapping screws and four speed nuts. The hard-wired design suits control panels and permanently installed OEM equipment where a standard AC plug is not desired, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat.
