Hammond DNFF120GY115 120 mm 115 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 105 CFM

The DNFF120GY115 is a complete filtered cooling fan kit built around a 4.70 in (119 mm) AC fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.19 Amps with a free-flow air delivery of 105 CFM. It is intended for IT, AV, industrial and OEM users who need active, filtered ventilation inside an electrical enclosure, control panel or rack cabinet rather than an unfiltered open vent.

Part of the DNFF Series, this kit pairs the AC fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter so airflow is drawn through filter media that helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the DNFF Series filter grille is flame-retardant ABS. This version ships with the ANSI 61 Gray filter grille to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures finished in that colour; black and light gray grille versions are separate part numbers.

The assembly measures 150.00 mm [5.906 in] square at the grille with a side depth of 61.30 mm [2.413 in], and the required plate cutout is 120.00 mm [4.724 in] square with 6.00 mm [0.236 in] diameter mounting holes. Shipping weight is 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg). Noise is rated at 56 dB.

DNFF120GY115 is supplied as a complete kit: fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, a 24 inch cord (2 ft wire leads) and mounting hardware consisting of 8 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2" screws and 4 speed nuts. The hard-wired design suits permanently installed equipment where an AC plug is not wanted, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat. Replacement media is available as PFF2000 standard filter media or PLFF2000 pleated filter media (packs of 5). The kit is RoHS and REACH compliant, and DNFF Series fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113.
