Hammond DNFF120BK115 120 mm 115 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 105 CFM

The DNFF120BK115 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit built for industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems that need clean, active airflow. It pairs a 4.70 in (119 mm) 115 VAC fan rated at 105 CFM free flow air delivery with a black filter grille, making it a practical choice for control panels, OEM equipment, telecommunications cabinets and edge or remote equipment enclosures where a standard AC plug is not desired.

Both the front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the DNFF Series filter grille is flame-retardant ABS offered in Black, ANSI 61 Gray and RAL 7035 Light Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures. The IP5X-rated filter media helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics, and it is replaceable, with PFF2000 standard media or PLFF2000 pleated media available separately in packs of five.

The assembly measures 150.00 mm [5.906 in] square at the front with a 61.30 mm [2.413 in] side depth, and it installs into a 120.00 mm [4.724 in] square plate cutout with 15.00 mm [0.591 in] corner radii and 6.00 mm [0.236 in] mounting holes. The kit ships complete with the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, cord/wire leads and mounting hardware: eight 10-32 x 1/2" panhead self-tapping screws and four speed nuts.

Electrically, DNFF120BK115 is rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.19 Amps with a 24 inch cord, and measured noise is 56 dB. It can be wired to run continuously or used with an external thermostat. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant. For balanced ventilation, pair it with an XPFA Series exhaust filter grille.
