Hammond DNFF080LG230 80 mm 230 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 32 CFM

The DNFF080LG230 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit built around an 80 mm (3.15 in) AC fan rated 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.05 Amps. It delivers 32 CFM of free-flow air at 34 dB, making it suited to OEM engineers, panel builders, industrial automation teams and IT/AV integrators who need clean, filtered airflow in a compact enclosure or networking cabinet opening without using a plug-in cord set.

The kit pairs the fan with a replaceable IP5X-rated filter, so incoming air is drawn through filter media that helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and this part number is supplied with the Light Gray filter grille (Black and Gray versions are offered as separate part numbers in the DNFF Series). The flame-retardant ABS filter grille finish range is intended to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures.

Assembled, the grille measures 105.00 mm [4.134 in] square, with side dimensions of 61.40 mm [2.417 in] and 81.32 mm [3.201 in] and a 18.30 mm [0.720 in] front projection reference. The fan itself is 80.00 mm [3.150 in] square. Installation uses a 75.00 mm [2.953 in] square plate cutout with R15.00 mm [0.591 in] corners and four n6.00 mm [0.236 in] mounting holes on 70.00 mm [2.756 in] centres.

DNFF080LG230 ships with mounting hardware consisting of 8 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2" screws and 4 speed nuts, plus 11-inch wire leads for permanent wiring; it can be used with or without an external thermostat. Series fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant. Replacement media is available as PFF1000 standard filter media or PLFF1000 pleated filter media, both in packages of 5.
