Hammond DNFF080LG115 115 VAC 32 CFM Filter Fan Kit, Light Gray

The DNFF080LG115 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit built around an 80 mm (3.15 in) AC fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.09 A with a free flow air delivery of 32 CFM. It is intended for OEM engineers, panel builders, integrators and facilities teams who need to move clean air through an industrial enclosure, electrical cabinet or rack without a plug-in cord. Noise is rated at 34 dB, the lowest-airflow option in the DNFF Series.

The kit combines the fan with a light gray filter grille, a replaceable IP5X-rated filter, a metal safety guard, 11 inch wire leads and mounting hardware, so everything needed for a typical retrofit or new-build installation is in the box. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic; the DNFF Series filter grille is a flame-retardant ABS moulding offered in Black, ANSI 61 Gray and RAL 7035 Light Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures.

Assembly dimensions are 105.00 mm (4.134 in) square at the front with a 61.40 mm (2.417 in) side profile, and the unit mounts into a 75.00 mm (2.953 in) square plate cutout with 70.00 mm (2.756 in) hole centres, 15.00 mm (0.591 in) corner radii and 6.00 mm (0.236 in) diameter fixing holes. Supplied hardware includes 8 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2" screws and 4 speed nuts.

Because DNFF080LG115 is hard-wired, it can run continuously or be switched by an external thermostat. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the product is RoHS and REACH compliant. PFF1000 standard or PLFF1000 pleated filter media (packs of 5) are available for routine maintenance, and XPFA exhaust filter grilles provide balanced enclosure ventilation.
