Hammond DNFF080GY115 80 mm 115 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 32 CFM

The DNFF080GY115 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit built around an 80 mm (3.15 in) AC fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.09 A, with a free flow air delivery of 32 CFM. It is intended for OEM engineers, panel builders, industrial automation and IT/AV teams who need active, filtered ventilation in an enclosure, electrical cabinet or rack without using a plug-in cord set. Because it is hard-wired with 11 inch wire leads, it can be wired to run continuously or switched through an external thermostat.

The kit combines a high-quality AC fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter so cooling airflow is drawn through filter media rather than straight into the equipment, helping reduce dust and airborne contaminants that shorten the life of sensitive electronics. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the flame-retardant ABS filter grille on this model is supplied in Gray (ANSI 61 Gray) to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures.

The assembled grille measures 105.00 mm [4.134 in] square with an overall depth of 61.40 mm [2.417 in], and it installs into a 75.00 mm [2.953 in] square panel cutout with 15.00 mm corner radii and four 6.00 mm [0.236 in] mounting holes on 70.00 mm [2.756 in] centres. Mounting hardware is included: eight 10-32 x 1/2 in panhead self-tapping screws and four speed nuts, along with the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter and metal safety guard. Shipping weight is 2 lbs (0.91 kg).

Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and DNFF080GY115 is RoHS and REACH compliant. Rated noise is 34 dB. Replacement media is available as PFF1000 standard filter media or PLFF1000 pleated filter media (packs of 5), and XPFA80 exhaust filter grilles can be paired for balanced enclosure ventilation.
