Hammond DNFF080BK115 80 mm 115 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 32 CFM

The DNFF080BK115 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit built around an 80 mm (3.15 in) AC fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.09 amps, with a free flow air delivery of 32 CFM. It is intended for OEM engineers, panel builders, integrators and facilities teams who need to move clean air through an industrial enclosure, electrical cabinet or rack without introducing dust and airborne contaminants.

The kit pairs the fan with a black filter grille and an IP5X-rated replaceable filter. Both the front screen and the back panel are ABS plastic, and the DNFF Series filter grille is flame-retardant ABS, offered in Black, ANSI 61 Gray and RAL 7035 Light Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures. Each kit is supplied complete with the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads or cord (model dependent) and mounting hardware; this model ships with 11 inch wire leads, 8 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2 in screws and 4 speed nuts.

Assembled dimensions are 105.00 mm [4.134 in] square at the grille with a 61.40 mm [2.417 in] side profile, and the assembly mounts into a 75.00 mm [2.953 in] square plate cutout with 15.00 mm corner radii, using four 6.00 mm holes on 70.00 mm [2.756 in] centres. Rated noise is 34 dB and shipping weight is 2 lbs (0.91 kg).

Because DNFF080BK115 is hard-wired rather than plug-connected, it suits control panels and permanently installed equipment where an AC plug is not desired, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant. PFF1000 standard filter media and PLFF1000 pleated filter media are available separately in packs of 5, and XPFA exhaust filter grilles can be added for balanced enclosure ventilation.
