Hammond DK48S16 48-Inch Type 316 Stainless Steel Drip Shield Kit

The DK48S16 is a DK Series drip shield kit sized for enclosures 48.00 in (1219 mm) wide. It installs on a wall-mount enclosure to protect the door from dripping water and settling dust, making it a practical add-on for electricians, panel builders and facilities teams maintaining Type 12, 4 and 4X wall-mount enclosures in locations exposed to drips and dust.

This version is made from Type 316 stainless steel, the stainless option alongside the painted steel kits in the DK Series, and is listed by Hammond as a drip shield kit for N4 and 4X enclosures (short description: "N4X 316SS DRIP SHIELD KIT 48""). Like the rest of the series, it is intended for Type 12, 4 and 4X wall-mount enclosures.
