The DCZ4A307742BK is a 44U welded steel seismic server cabinet measuring 82.81 in x 30 in x 42 in (2,103 mm x 762 mm x 1,067 mm) overall. It is engineered for NEBS, telecom, utility, government and other mission-critical infrastructure environments where structural integrity and equipment protection are essential, making it suited to central offices, power generation facilities and defense installations.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded steel frame with reinforced 12-gauge corner brackets, finished in a textured black powder coat (RAL9005 Black) that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet is built from mild steel and is independently certified to exceed Telcordia GR-63-CORE Seismic Zone 4 requirements, with Telcordia Report DA-1998 confirming conformance for no permanent structural or mechanical damage, maximum deflection under 75 mm, natural mechanical frequency above 2.0 Hz, welded framework construction and base mounting without auxiliary support.

Usable mounting space is 77.06 in (1957 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 35.75 in (908 mm) deep. Two pairs of infinitely adjustable 19 in EIA-compliant square hole rails with rack unit markings are included, in 12-gauge zinc-plated steel for durable mounting and grounding performance. The rail type is square hole with 10-32 cage nuts. The cabinet is UL Listed 2416 load rated for up to 3,000 lbs (1,360 kg), static load tested to 12,000 lb (5,443 kg), and carries a Seismic Zone 4 equipment load rating of 1,000 lb (454 kg) when installed with the C4K-Z4 bolt-down kit.

DCZ4A307742BK ships complete with all components assembled, including two perforated 63% open-area doors with 4-pin combination locking swing handles, two removable solid side panels and one removable solid top panel. Four top cable access openings, multiple bottom cable entry options, support for up to four optional vertical cable managers, frame/door/side-panel grounding studs and ganging provisions round out the deployment features. The cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility.
