The DC4R4429F is a 44U four-post open frame rack built for server, network and IT equipment installations where a fixed 29 in mounting depth is required. Part of the DC4R Series, it is intended for data rooms, network closets and homelab environments that need open access for cable management and servicing without the airflow and access restrictions of an enclosed cabinet.
Construction is 12-gauge welded steel rack rails with 1/4 in steel base angles, rated for a 2,000 lb static load, so equipment weight is distributed across four mounting points. The frame is finished in a smooth RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, RoHS and REACH compliant, and the rack is built from mild steel. It is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, which supports government procurement requirements.
DC4R4429F stands 83.13 in (2,112 mm) high and 20.50 in (521 mm) wide, with a 29.00 in (737 mm) overall and mounting depth. Usable mounting space is 44U over 77.00 in (1,956 mm) of height at the 19.00 in (483 mm) EIA width. Two pairs of EIA-310-D compliant square-hole rails are supplied with marked rack unit dividers, and the rack ships with a 50-pack of screws and 10-32 cage nuts.
