Hammond CWSC448G 48-Inch Galvanized 4x4 Wireway with Knockouts

The CWSC448G is a 48 in (1,219 mm) unpainted galvanized straight section of CWSC Series Type 1 lay-in screw cover wireway, with a 4 in x 4 in (102 mm x 102 mm) cross-section. It is suited to contractors and facilities teams running enclosed wiring over longer indoor distances who prefer a galvanized finish to the painted gray option.

This version comes with knockouts; the drawing's Detail Z shows diameters of 0.83 in and 0.88 in. Conductors are laid into the open channel, then covered by a screw-fastened cover, which makes it easy to add or reroute circuits later by removing the cover.

Drawing dimensions show a 4.00 in inside and 4.11 in outside profile over a 48.00 in length, with typical hole diameters of 0.27 in, 0.31 in and 0.41 in. The section ships in a box at 16 lbs (7.26 kg).
