The CWSC418GNK is an 18 in (457 mm) straight section of CWSC Series Type 1 lay-in screw cover wireway, sized 4 in x 4 in (102 mm x 102 mm). The 18 in length is one of the less common sizes in the series and is offered only without knockouts, which makes it a practical in-between length for fitting a run precisely.
