Hammond CSP8531BK1 49U Black Solid Side Panel Pair, 31.5 in Deep

CSP8531BK1 is a pair of solid side panels for the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, sized for 49U frames that are 85.75 in (2178 mm) tall and 31.50 in (800 mm) deep. Side panels enclose an open C2 frame so AV integrators, telecom and lab technicians, OEM engineers and facilities teams can convert a skeleton rack into a closed cabinet that limits dust, tampering and casual access to cabled equipment.

The panels are steel, finished in textured powder coat in black (RAL 7035 Light Gray is offered separately as CSP8531LG1). Within the C2 platform, doors and panels are 16-gauge steel, and grounding studs are provided on the frame, doors and panels to support bonding and safe installation. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the product is TAA compliant and manufactured in North America, which helps on government and institutional procurement.

Each panel in the CSP8531BK1 pair ships with its own mounting hardware: four slotted quarter-turn latches and a black plastic handle are included, so panels can be removed for equipment access and refitted without loose fasteners. The drawing shows a panel height of 85.69 in (2176 mm). Shipping weight for the pair is 108 lbs (48.99 kg).
