Hammond CSP7831BK1 45U Solid Side Panel Pair for 31.5in Cabinets

CSP7831BK1 is a pair of solid side panels for the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, sized for 45U cabinet frames measuring 78.75 in (2000 mm) high and 31.50 in (800 mm) deep. Sold as a pair, these panels enclose the left and right sides of an open C2 frame, giving AV integrators, telecom and lab technicians, and OEM and facilities teams a way to convert a modular frame into a closed cabinet for added security and a finished appearance.

The panels are painted black textured, matching the C2 Series textured powder coat finish, which is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant for indoor air quality and environmental compliance. Within the C2 platform, doors and panels are 16-gauge steel, and grounding studs are provided on the frame, doors and panels for bonding; each CSP7831BK1 panel includes a #10-32 x 1/2 in ground stud.

Installation is tool-light: each panel carries four slotted quarter-turn latches and a black plastic handle, both included, so the panel can be latched onto the C2 frame and removed again for service access without dismantling the cabinet. Each panel measures 78.69 in (1999 mm) high per the product drawing. Shipping weight for the pair is 102 lbs (46.27 kg).

A RAL 7035 light gray equivalent, CSP7831LG1, is also offered in the series. The part is manufactured in Canada, is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
