Hammond CSP4923BK1 28U Solid Side Panels, Black, 23.6-Inch Depth

CSP4923BK1 is a pair of solid steel side panels finished in textured black, made to close in a 28U C2 Series modular rack cabinet frame with a 23.63 in (600 mm) depth. It is the part AV integrators, telecom technicians, lab and industrial builders reach for when an open C2 frame needs to become an enclosed cabinet for dust control, appearance and restricted side access.

The panels are part of the C2 modular rack cabinet system, in which frames, mounting rails, doors, top and bottom panels, side panels and accessories are selected individually to build a fully customized solution. Because the C2 platform uses interchangeable panels and optional doors, side panels can be specified to control airflow, visibility and security independently of the rest of the configuration.

Each panel carries a #10-32 x 1/2 in ground stud so the panel can be bonded to the cabinet frame, consistent with the grounding studs provided on C2 frames, doors and panels. Two slotted quarter-turn latches are included per panel, so the panels mount to the frame and can be removed for service access without loose hardware. The textured powder coat finish used on the C2 Series is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.
